“Individual, PAC, LLC, and partnership donations are unlimited. Corporations are limited to $1,000 per candidate per year. State law requires political committees and campaigns to report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Contributions are not tax deductible.”
